Hello,

I’m Fran. My husband, our two young boys, and I have called this community home for over a decade. We love the place and its’ people. We’ve chosen Welsh language education for our children a Dw i’n dysgu Cymraeg.

I believe in really listening to what you have to say because it’s your insights that will steer our efforts to make things better for our community.

Since being elected as your County Councillor for Brynford and Halkyn, I’ve been working with residents on local issues, raising concerns with the council, and making sure our communities are properly represented. That includes supporting residents through planning matters, pushing for answers when things aren’t right, and helping bring people together to find practical solutions.

I regularly attend council meetings and scrutiny committees where decisions affecting our area are made, and I’m always happy to be contacted if there is something you think I should know about.

I believe local politics should be open, honest and focused on the people who live here. I will always do my best to speak up for Brynford and Halkyn.
